Proposal Construction
The floor plan displays the wonderful dimensions of the building
plot. The course of the land is nearly horizontal to the planed building
and decline to a small creek which splits the land.
The opposite site has also a hillside situation and is entire justified
to the south, which is perfectly qualified for viniculture.
The ground plan and sights will show a
possible construction with a mansion of 580 mē base area and a pool with
additional 130 mē flat. An agreement for this is already available. The
boarders are yellow labelled.
